I could only describe this shop as appalling. I purchased soccer trainers{puma king} for £56.99, had about 5 uses out of them, when I noticed a tear in the sole. Unfortunately I lost the receipt, so I produced a bank statement for £56.99 to sports direct. Two semi educated{I am being polite} common women, who claimed to be managers fobbed me off saying they had no records of that amount in their system. The "manageress" basically made out that I was a liar and gave me back these shoddy shoes. My conclusion is that once they have got your money they really don't care for their customers, and the staff are instructed to break consumer laws.
