I bought a couple of tyres from Hargroves Cycles, which unfortunately didn't arrive due to an error by Royal Mail. As soon as I told Hargroves that my tyres were lost in the post, they sent out a new set to me which was great of them.

They were extremely helpful and extremely prompt with their replies to emails.

Fantastic customer service.
