After reading so many terrible reviews on here i thought i should write about my positive experience with John Lewis :-) I got married on Saturday 8th September and my husband and I started choosing our gifts in May. Originally we planned to go with the Wedding Shop at Selfridges but found their process very complicated and confusing so switched to John Lewis. The whole process of choosing gifts with John Lewis was very simple and the staff were very helpful. Between May and the wedding there were a few things on the list that became unavaiable however John Lewis informed us straight away and we either took them off the list (if no one had bought them yet) or swapped them for gift vouchers. Our gifts were delivered last Friday and we were thrilled with everything. We then went into the store on Sunday to spend our gift vouchers. Overall we were very happy customers.
