The item I ordered went out of stock - I was called straight away and warned next delivery was a week away - they gave me advice to make sure I got same package if I could find it else where with offer of credit back if I could

I did find elsewhere slightly more expensive and as manufacturer was also out of stock I asked to cancel my order

The credit was done straight away with confirmation by email

If this is their level of service when they can not process order then I would recommend them

Due to my experience I would order from them again
