I sold a ticket through GetMeIn this summer, as I could not attend the event. After several weeks I hadn't received payment in my Paypal Account. I contacted GetMeIn, and imagine my surprise when I received an email from an actual person! (C. Gough) This colleague emailed with me all summer in an attempt to resolve the problem, even cancelling payment and resending it. It turned out that the error was on my end (I hadn't properly validated my Paypal account) but throughout the process, the agent was responsive, helpful, courteous and professional. In an age where you get automated responses, call centres in non-English speaking countries or just plain ignored, it was so refreshing to have such personal service. I will definitely use GetMeIn if I have a future ticket need!
