“Very impressed with Hotels.com”

The website is easy to use, if there is a problem the contact centre are there to help. I have used them lots of times and it has been great, we are close to receiving a free night in a hotel which is an added bonus.

We like the fact that through another website we can get 10% on top of a reduction already. The reviews are well outlined, the star rating is informative and there are lots of photos.

I didn't like Hilton sponsoring a deal, as it showed a reduced price which was misleading, so I was disappointed with that.

Overall I am impressed and will continue to use this site and have recommended it to many of my friends.
