“SO DISAPPOINTED!”

I was so excited about this ring- tungsten carbide with Cubic Zirconia as my "extra" ring to wear to the gym or on vacation when I didn't want to wear my "real" ring. I loved the style and was excited when it came. Within 1 month , a stone fell out! I contacted the company and they made me ship the ring back to HONG KONG at MY expense. 2 months later when I received the ring back it was almost laughable- it looked like they had super glued in a new stone, and it sat a full mm above the other stones. THEN, about 2 weeks later, I dropped the ring ... and it shattered! I wrote the company and they said "Tungsten carbide can shatter when dropped" and would not fix the ring at their expense. I think this repair should have been covered and I should have only paid for shipping. This company SUCKS. Don't order from them. My husband ordered his tungsten carbide ring from a company called Topper Jewelers and his ring is beautiful and strong for the same price. I wish I would have bought mine there too.
