“Polite, Helpful & Smart”

I really liked the different options he tried to get me my best quote. He was away for the weekend which made it difficult for me to reach him again for more details but finally I was glad that he was the one who booked the ticket considering he knew my requirements and constraints before 2-3 days. I was really lucky and thanks to Mac that suddenly he got 1 seat available and he immediately booked it for me and convinced me that I would definitely not get a better deal. In all I would say that Mac is really smart and helpful and knows an excellent way to deal with different kinds of requests.
