“Utterly Disappointing”

Genuinely upset by my dealings with this company. Had such high hopes as Website and designs are both excellent. Customer service and execution however are the worst I have ever experienced from any company. They make and break promises with little remorse. I guess they capitalise on the fact that for most people wedding invites are a one off purchase and therefore enticing repeat business with good service is not essential. I don't normally write reviews but feel compelled to worn others about how bad the service can get
