Recently I accidently ordered EL84 valves instead of EL34's from Karltone.
When I called them to explain my mistake,they were very helpful and dispatched the correct ones to me the next day.I only had to cover the differnce in price and the postage.
I of course returned the ones incorrectly ordered which were still in original packing.
I would certainly recommend Karltone as a supplier.The prices are good and components top quality.
