This is absolutely a cheating agent, I booked on line an executive suite in Vienna at Hilton Vienna respectively on 23rd Sept,2012 and 4th Oct.,2012, but hotel said they were booked on Deluxe Double which is a much cheaper (I paid €294.40 and they charge immediately from my account right away in July when I booked with this agent - this is also tricky too, most of the agent did the same but eventually I got a room of €224.40)
I will NOT use HotelTravel again. And want to WARN every traveler be aware of this agent. It is an agent cheats clients from what I experienced.
