I was on hold for too long. I was looking for help navigating the website. The customer service rep was impatient and condescending. I felt embarrassed and belittled. I felt I should apologize for not knowing more about what I was doing. Only after he informed me I would be getting an email requesting a review was he respectful. The rest of the conversation went ok and eventually I got my questions answered.
