I've been really impressed with the service from fonebank. I live near Holborn so dropped off my old mobile on my way home (no postage fees!). The next day I received an email to say that my cheque was in the post and the following day I received the cheque.

According to a price comparison site, it was giving me the best deal too. They didn't reduce their offer price either for minor scratches on my phone.
