The first booking made was for a car for two people. Two relatives ecided to join us so a bigger car was needed. 121 made the change without any fuss and when we picked up the car everything was well organised and ready for off! Phone calls to 121 were dealt with efficiently and, all in all, it was a very smooth process from beginning to end.
