“Flight from hell”

Flew from JFK to Amsterdam with Delta Business Class. Flight delayed 4 hours, no notification given. Had to change terminal being bused to 3 from 4 at JFK. Staff rude and disinterested. In flight meal was not fit for consumption.Nothing was hot as it should have been Staff talked all night and brushed their hair in the forward galley area.I heard all about the retirement plans for the head stewardess. About going to live in South Carolina and where all her family and frriends live. A stewardess was seen removing the cling film from the breakfast trays and talking over the trays at the same time to other staff. Only one alcoholic drink offered throught flight. No water or other refreshments offered during the night. Could not sleep because of noise from staff in galley area and the fact that the curtain to block out the lights had been removed. One of the toilets was not working. Staff were scruffy and not up to the job

Breakfast was a joke a pile of muselli with not enough milk to cover it. No choices given What about people who cannot eat nuts!

This airline is the worst I have ever flown with and I would advise anyone considering flying with them _DON'T
