“THE WORST ONLINE COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH”

I placed an order 17th sept 2012,And was thanked for my order and I would recieve it on or between the 26th and 28th sept 2012.I waited in for the 3 delivery days nothing? I could not contact WAE+ by phone or their fast response e-mail. (6 phone calls, 5 e-mails,) I contacted my card provider (instant reply)They say WAE+ have taken payment out of my account,I still do not know if or when my item will arrive.
