“How can they justify their charges!!!”

We took out insurance for out little run around last year, the quote was quite competitive and we were reasonably happy with the policy. However from the start we were plagued with problems, Budget denied receiving a copy of the agreement so charged us £20 which they took out of our bank without permission ( apparently they have the right to do this!!. This week we have had to change our car, from one small run around to another, we contacted Budget to advise them of the change and unbelievably they have told us that they wont insure our car ( even though its a bog standard small car) and if we want to cancel our policy they will charge us £75. They have us in a no win no win situation.They will not cover our new car and we cannot drive our old one. I would never use this company again and I would not recommend it to others, they have no professional integrity what so ever, shame on you Budget.
