Ryanair just made my parents (people who had to save all year for this trip) £50 because 1cm (a wheel) made their hand luggage bag too big. They got through OK going one way and got penilised going back home. What kind of a heartless pig do you have to be to do that? And because my parents don't speak English, they were terrified and paid without arguing, not exactly knowing why they are being forced to pay. And they are not rich, £50 is a lot of money for them! Ryanair people simply spotted them as an easy target. I will walk home next time if I have to, before I use Ryanair!
