I found that the employees at pret a voir were very helpful. I enquired about a particular brand of glasses and I was answered shortly. Even though I was told that my glasses would probably arrive within ten to fourteen days, I received mine after only eight days. Due to the fact I do not live in England, I thought I would have to pay for the shipping but I didn't. Overall I was impressed by the service and would gladly purchase items from pret a voir again.
