My computer has been updated and is fine with everything else, but the free ride games player seems to have a problem. It freezes all the time. WHY? I am not a programmer. Why is it the pay to play game services install just fine on their own?

I enjoy the games and would rather see the ads than pay a fortune for gameplay, but your games only work for a short time before beginning to freeze and not work at all.
