“Disappointing Service”

Overall product was great! Samsonite suitcase which was a birthday present for myself. The disapointing part was the service after. It was my first order in a year so hadn't got anything on my account, so when I went online to find out that I had a late payment charge when i had had no communication at all that my payment was due. I did email to complain but was told that I should constantly check my account statements online! I found this very unhelpful. When I looked into a bit more though I was even more confused that I had £20 instead of the £10 late charge that the website said you would get if you missed payment. The most annoying part of it is that I had the money, as it was a birthday present!! Great suitcase but thats dampened by the fact the service after was rubbish!
