“Cost of calling customer services”

My phone and broadband was not working I tried to call to reprt the problem but the cost per minute was astronomical.
I had to go to a friends house and use their email. I asked sky to ring me and they never did. The phone is fixed but it is not the point. You should be able to ring customer services and the rate of a normal call.
