Transferring money from the U.S. to the UK can prove quite expensive, thanks to the American banks' charges for online/wire services. UKForex's U.S. bank account enables customers to reduce those charges a little, as U.S. bank to U.S. bank wires are cheaper than US bank to UK bank wire fees.
UKForex also transfers your money very quickly into a UK bank.
The biggest drawback with the service is UKForex's imposition of a customer service charge or fee. This can be waivered if you agree to a monthly transaction. However, that's not always possible.
