Order my wife a bike from wheelies, agree with many other reviews here - customer service is non existent, all you get is an acknowledgement of your order, then nothing until it turns up with TNT. Nothing to say it's been sent, no tracking info etc. tried ringing them several times but just get put on hold......then when the bike arrived it had several significant areas of damage, the seat was scuffed, the crank arms on both sides had deep gouges in them. When they prepare the bike or shippinghow canthey not notice this? I really cannot be bothered sending it back, just won't be shopping there again.
