“what a shame they have ruined chappie original dry food”

I like others, have been dismayed by the changes Mars has made to the original dry chappie dog food.
when i contacted the customer services they suggested i put boiled water on the new beef and wholegrain!!!! WHAT is the purpose of feeding dry food and then wetting it.
Unless they do something quickly to revert back to the old trusted and used original dry chappie they will loose yet another customer
