“Complete joke!!”

I have been an orange customer for 8 years and have never really had a problem until I went to Egypt this year....I switched all data roaming off but went on the Internet 3 times for seconds !! Got home to a £150 bill thought fair enough as I was texting while I was away at 50p a text....next month receive a bill for £367 for 39 mb used? Couldn't believe it I know I hadn't used that amount,called cs spoke to a guy who told me the bill was wrong n infant was £150 wasn't happy but reluctantly agreed to pay, 1 hour later got a call back from the guy telling me there was no mistake n the bill was correct needless to say I exploded he was extremely rude and sarcastically offered me £30 off for lying to me? I demanded to speak to a manager which he told me I couldn't as she was busy to which I responded you've just told me you went n checked the bill with ur manager n now she's bust so how do I even know you've spoke to her! The guy was a complete idiot n kept repeating himself over n over ! I got a call back from the manager basically blaming me for not being in the know about data roaming ??? My roaming was switched off apart from 3 very short occasions !! She took 50 off my bill as a ' good will ' due to the previous operator lying to me !! The manager was very rude and was basically making out I was an idiot! so the bill was now £327!! Bearing in mind I've already paid £150 bill when I got back from Egypt!!!! I told the manager I could not afford to pay that all at once she adv as I've bn a cust for so many years n always paid my bills on time they'd allow me to pay it off through the months,I was informed to wait for a letter from the collections team I asked to speak to the collections team to which I was told no !! So me and the manager both know I can't pay the bill in the one go so my account will b in arrears but I need to wait for a letter! The stress n customer serv is ridiculous !! I just paid the full bill off as the hassle would b to much I've called cs at least 10 times!! The bill is paid but it still shows £50 outstanding !! Which there meant to take off as a good will? I tried emailing a complaint but an error message appeared saying it was out of service !! Sent a letter away still not received a reply!!!! I feel I've bn over charged AGAIN n no1 ever wants to help you!!! Cost mr a fortune calling orange to try and resolve this ! I renewed my contract just before all this hassle from the iPhone 4 to iPhone 4s to which they charged me £50 to do so only to find out this is rubbish n other customers haven't paid to upgrade! I will b leaving orange after my contract is up ther r terrible!!!!!!!!!
