“I think it's a fraud”

I ordered the unlock code for my HTC Wildfire on 09.09.2012, from htcsimunlock.com. I recieved it very quick but it was not working. I tried to contact support by mail but nobody answered. I also asked them to refund my money but until now the answer was the same: no answer at all. My advice: stay away from htcsimunlock.com, cause it's a big fraud.
