Not only was my order 2 weeks later than it said it would be - it was completely the wrong dress. I had to pay 10 bucks to have it shipped back to them. Also, they are only refunding me $39 of the $49 bucks I spent - not including the $10 I spent on shipping it back to them. I've sent 4 emails asking to speak with someone and to get a full refund seeing as this is not my fault, but no response. And no phone number? shady.
Shoddy customer service, unfair return policy, and still waiting for a refund for a dress I purchased in July, received in August, and returned in August.
