“so helpful-no problems!!”

the staff were incredably helpful & understanding.they explained things & went through all our outgoings with us.at no point were we made to feel shameful about the situation we'd ended up in.we didnt want to go down the bankrupcy route if we could help it,& they went through various ther options-& mutually an IVA was agreed upon.
