“Money charged,item never sent: class action for Topshop?”

I placed on order on August 10th (40 euros). After 5 days they replied saying that it was dispached. They gave me a tracking number and the reference to this international shipping courier. The tracking number did not work and the courier was impossible to contact. In the meanwhile the item never got to destination. I wrote several emails to Topshop to ask for clarifications and refund and never got a reply. I now see from previous reviews that I am not the only one who has received this treatment by Topshop. It seems that it's their usual policy to take money from people's credit card, never send items, nor give any feedback. This is really unfair to consumers who are left without means to "stand up for their rights".If you have never shopped there,I encourage you not to do it. If you did shop online and you had a bad experience, why not collecting them and bring a class action?
