“Slooooooow dispatch, poor communications, poor stock...”

I have placed 2 orders with Simply Be now - and will not be placing any more. Orders going missing, couriers delivering to the wrong address, massive delays on certain stock (Joe Brown items are NEVER in stock despite the website saying differently)This time they have taken a full week to even process my order - let alone dispatch it?!
Buyer beware....in my experience an inefficient and disorganised company.
