“Terrific experience”

At first I was a little nervous about this shop, it was my first time shopping online. But I felt absolutely confortable because i just felt that there was people who would support me, whenever I write to them they answer me as soon as possible, and I was always noticed where my purchase was. When my purchse arrive, I just felt absolutely happy, I opened my purchase and my bag was everything I expected and it was in great conditions. The only thing i didn't like was the time i need to wait my purchase to arrive. It was kind of slow (3 entire weeks) I assume it was my national postal service the main cause, so I think the deliver itself was really efficient.
