Excellent service
Part of order not delivered
I emailed to ask of status, received a reply within 15 minutes, saying will be delivered by 22 September, or I can get a refund if that is not suitable
Called your call centre, got through in less than 5 minutes, money refunded immediately
Can’t get much better customer service than that
