“Beat the rest on price and great service”

I contacted the Holiday Place after getting numerous quotes from other agents. After a fair amount of to-ing and fro-in, I cut a deal with this lot for a trip to the Dominican Republic. After being initially interested in going to Riu Barcelo Punta Cana, my rep Alexandra came up with a few places within my budget.
In the end we chose the Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana and wow, what a lovely resort.
A choice of 6 restaurants, I think, we never got bored with the food. Great thing was they don't take reservations, but give you a buzzer when a table is ready for you. Rooms were stylish and cool and the mini bar is included in the all inclusive. There were loads of activities on offer and the kids club were great - my 7 year old loved it. Amazing thing is they supply all parents with a mobile thing when you check the kids in so if you are needed the give you a buzz. Brilliant idea.
The beaches are honestly the best I've ever seen and the sea, as blue green as any postcard.
I have to say Alexandra definitely persuaded me in the right direction and the after care service was great, no question was too much trouble for any of the guys, even my little flip out about the visa situation. I was having a melt down the day before we were going thinking I needed a visa but the admin team reat assured me that we just get them on arrival for $10.
So overall big thanks to Dreams Palm Beach and the Holiday Place for the best holiday we've had as a family.
