Went to Ilfracombe Holiday Park on the 2nd September 2012 for one week
we took my grandaughter and my dog.It took 4 hours to get there,on arival we were allocated chalet No47 as soon as we opened the door you could smell it was damp.Over the week other things were not up a very good standard,the beds were lumpy skirting board was rotten,the heater bearly worked,cob webs in the bathroom and there was a lot of water on the window sils in the morning because of the condensation and finally the swimming pool floor was very slippery there needs to be some matting put down.On a better note we found the staff very helpful,for the children it was very good and the facilites were good,we did'nt stop for the entertainment at night.After all that we still enjoyed ourselfs.
