“Good but expensive”

I have always bought my event and concert tickets from Double8 and have done for several years.

I get the seats I want and delivery of the tickets is timely and reliable.

Whether on line or by phone, the service is good and the call centre efficient and friendly. There's only ever been one problem and that was sorted out perfectly.

Because I only buy 2 to 3 times a year, I'm prepared to pay a premium price for the best seats, however my last tickets showed a promoter's price of half what I'd paid and I think that's too high a profit ratio for Double8.

Before ordering again, I'll ensure that the venue hasn't got cheaper seats.

100% profit is too much
