“Customer Service”

The customer service I received in Evans whilst looking into buying a bike was far superior to any other shop i visited. The knowledge and attention Emma demonstrated whilst advising me on what would be best was excellent, it was reassuring to speak to someone who was interested in selling me something which was suitable for me and which I would get the best use out of. In other shops which I visited I had to wait far too long for service, no one was on hand to offer assistance and they had no product knowledge. Emma took time to find out what I wanted, advised on the best bike for me, let me try it in store and then set it up so i could go on a test ride. In three months of visiting bike shops Evans offer better customer service than anywhere else I have visited! Thanks for your help!
