“Great Service”

I broke the Temple Hinge of my Adidas Evil Eye sunglasses in Switzerland this summer. A Swiss optician replaced the hinge on the spot and told me that I could obtain parts on-line if it happened again.
Well, it did on Monday this week.
I found Sports Shades Online quickly on the internet with a range of hinge sizes. It took me a little longer to find where Adidas had put the size on the leg of my glasses.
Anyway I made my order on Monday afternoon and got the appropriate e-mails to confirm that events were underway.
On Wednesday morning, the postman delivered my new Temple Hinge and it was fixed in place in a matter of moments.
What a great service and with a minimum of fuss and bother.
No follow up phone calls and no protracted wait for my spare part.
