We were most impressed by Ribble Valley Hog Roast, particularly the organisation, preparation and the sequence of events on the day. The staff were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. The service was second to none. The food was excellent, well presented and delicious! The extra waiting staff were fantastic and enabled everything to go very smoothly. Andrew is a talented chef and his team paid attention to detail, providing an impressive service which many of our guests commented on. The choice of a Hog Roast for the wedding was an excellent choice and our guests appreciated something a little different. Highly recommended.
