“no delivery, no reply from customer service”

I ordered Adidas soocer shoes at a good price, selected overnight delivery for only $7.50. That was on Saturday 9/8. When they didn't arrive on Tuesday the 10th I emailed customer service. Same again on September 11, labeled the email second request and still haven't heard from them. The absence of a phone number makes it impossible to contact them. The order status still shows "picked," just as it did on 9/8, no sign of any shipment.

Nice website but nothing behind it. I haven't seen it listed as a fraud other than by the one poster here whose bank wouldn't process the charge. Wish I knew for sure one way or the other....
