“out of date equest horse wormer”

So i purchased two equest horse wormer's one pramox £17.99 and the other just equest £12.99 from their online outlet, well they took 11 days to turn up and the equest was out of date 05/2012, so i phone up asking for a replacement or refund.

Anyway at first they were very polite and i sent photo's in of the wormer that was out of date.

But then i had a lady phone that told me i had purchased that wormer back in 2010 in store, apparently she is control of stock, now i have a receipt for both wormer's and the online transaction i was appalled and disgusted that i should be accused of what amounted to fraud, it was so insulting, the person wouldn't give me their name.

I have reported to trading standards.

I wont ever be buying again from their company, customer service at it's worst.
