“bag alarms”

i bought a addidas airline bag for£35 from leeds store for my son for school and when we got all way home found the alarm still attached inside so sent email and was told could have it resent back for free could have it sent back in to remove but as my son needed for ne school had to get someone to spend more money to return to shop to have it removed( which i told them in an email as to which i have had no reply at all)when removed in the shop it left a hole where removed from as to which the assistant said"oh sorry about that"had i been there myself i would have not accepted that but i wasn t and i won t be shopping there again for sure.
