“Fantastic Friendly Service Deserves to be shared”

After having such a disappointing experience with our first Spa a few years ago now, we were eager to not repeat with our new house and new spa........

We had noticed in Bolton there was a small spa shop and popped in one day to have a look round ....We spoke with Richie in the shop a lovely young man who services and re build's any second hand spa's that they have ..... he showed us round the new and second hand spa's and we came away with a booklet and made the decision to buy a new spa.

We met Chris (the boss) and chose our spa ....... they were great it was delivered and put in place to suit our needs as we were in the middle of garden restructuring. We had a couple of small teething problems and Chris came quickly to sort out a small issue with the control pad ........ and Chris talked me through an block in the pipe's ... very easy to sort out and if it happen's again I know how to sort myself.......

We are really happy with the new spa and would have no problems recommending Hot Tubs North West to any of our friends....... so nice to find a place that is happy to have your business. ....
