“Great service”

We shop a lot at the cosmetics dept,and have been served many times by Bernie Bird.She is a credit to the store with her knowledge and customer service and always willing to advise and help.
I have been using this store for over 10 years and the level of survive I have experienced in this time sets the standards of how running a departmental store should be run,unlike other high end stores So well done House Of Frasser for looking after me and my family and long may we be shopping there.
