Called to cancel two contracts - they just wouldnt have it. FIrst they wanted the reason why... "oh its because they were for my children who are getting their own"... oh... "we can transfer this to them"... er no thanks - just cancel ... ok sir please go on hold.... comes back ... we can give you a good deal.... oh go back on hold...... absolutely ridiculous call centre in india - its not the staffs fault they are just following instructions but I would never use three again what a nightmare - I was on the call for probably 40 minutes on the call and spent 20 of that on hold, the rest trying to convince them to cancel it.. Disgraceful - just wanted more money - new contracts etc.
