Your support department contacted me to inform me of a hacked file being detected on one of my domains. I was obviously very grateful and happy that the time and effort was taken to contact me regarding the detected intrusion.

I have hosted a domain or two with WHH for a few years now and could not be happier with the customer service and support they provide.

Please don't stop doing what you're doing.
