“Unsolicited calls”

This company made numerous unsolicited calls to my mobile number: they claim to have obtained this number from another financial services company I have dealt with. When including my mobile number on any form I always tick the box to say I do not agree to my number being passed to other companies so they are clearly breaking the provisions of the Data Protection Act. I would never consider dealing with a financila services company who are dishonest and unscrupulous
