We ordered a washer to be delivered on Sunday 09/09/12 between 07:00 and 19:00, around mid morning we had a call from a disgruntled delivery guy called Scott, he couldn't find the house, despite them having the full address inc post code. A little while later after my wife explained to him we received another call from Scott still can't find this address. Again he was directed to the address. Then finally around 10:15 am we received a voice mail from Scott it went like this, "it's Scott, can't find this address I'm cancelling your delivery okay, bye". That was the last we heard from Scott, we rang customer service (HA) what a joke we're still waiting for a manager to get back to us. In the meantime somebody at the delivery depot took it upon there selves to give the delivery another crack on Wednesday 12th without telling us, I wonder if they'd have dumped it outside when they found nobody in ?, anyway we recontacted and their gonna give it another bash next Sunday, so it will then be over a week with no washer all because they employ nasty drivers that couldn't find their way round their own front garden.
