“disgusting company, stressfull, down right money...”

Do not risk booking a holiday with this company. We booked a package holiday with this company. A few days before our holiday we told that the hotel was over booked. They would only refund us the money for the hotel and not the flights! The alternative hotels they offered us were disgusting and nowhere near the standard of our original booking. Spent all day! Looking for another hotel when we found one half decent they said it was unavailable even though it was on their site. Then we also found out that our original hotel was still there to purchase on their site!!! So we pretended to book it separately with a different advisor and they had no problems booking it surprise surprise. So we rang the original advisor back told her what we had done and she denied it and said no it is not available and we didn’t get a call back from either advisor. Every time we spoke to this advisor she kept saying I will check for you and call you back this went on for hours and hours. Eventually she said I can book you a hotel you have found but we will have to pay the difference cheek of it! And also said we would have to pay for changing the transfers, we argued that soooo much they ended up changing the transfers for free. cannot believe how out of order that is! So we wrote on the message board that we wanted this hotel can you book it and as we wrote it the office shut! So we stayed up worrying all night and in the morning by no surprise the hotel had gone because of her plain ignorance and not calling us back time and time again. We had to end up booking a hotel with another company and had to pay the difference in price! They refunded us the money for the original hotel but on the message bored put that we owed them money!!! So took even more time rectifying that! We have now finished all this late today Monday evening and going away Tuesday afternoon absolute joke! So stressful sitting on computer day after day hardly any sleep for worrying they should be shut down useless company. Rip you off and lie to you over and over! And it is safe to say we will not be going with them again!!!!!
