I have had a tiscali account for a number of years but service has deteriorated badly since talktalk took over. We negotiated a lower monthly rate as we only use this internet provider for email and have a satellite connection with tooway for downloading and tv etc. However I just checked my bills and the cost has doubled without an email to inform us. Also now have been unable to send emails for the last 2 weeks. Going round and round in circles trying to get it sorted so at last have decided to leave tiscali. Would never recommend to anyone!!!!!
